1.Business Development Manager- 2 :
Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.

    Responsibilities:
  • Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
  • Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
  • Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
  • Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the sales team.
  • Should be able to process a wide range of information and communicate it clearly to the customer or employee they are dealing with.
  • Should maintain a keen interest in new technology, new media and market trends and any other factors that may influence image sales.

    Requirements:
  • Must be willing to travel.
  • Minimum Bachelor / Masters Preferred.
  • 2-5 years relevant experience in similar field.
  • Experience and familiarity of ICT products and line of business is a plus.
  • Excellent presentation, listening and consulting skills.
  • Should be outgoing and friendly and exceptional at building rapport.

2.Product Manager :
Guides a team that is charged with a product line contribution as a business unit .

Network and Security- 2

Networking and Security Manager is primarily responsible for the day to day management and administration of the IT infrastructure, specifically Including the Wide Area Network, the Local area Network, Telephone Network, Remote access, Enterprise storage management, servers and all aspects of IT security.

    Responsibilities:
  • Must have 3-5 years of experience of Information Security System.
  • Knowledge of policy development, analysis and risk assessment of security products.
  • Certification and accreditation of automated security system and security Network design.
  • Must be able to control all aspects of Networks routing, switching, firewall/VPN.
  • Detecting and preventing of devices including device configuration, Network setting and security policy management.
    Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/ Masters preferred.
  • Having experience in similar field.
  • Possessing system certification is an added advantage.

    Job Specification:
  • Develop and oversee, in conjunction with the Management Team, the strategy development and strategy implementation processes, and the annual operating plans and budgets of the Board.
  • Advise on the strategic direction of key electronic resources including websites and information databases.

    Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/ Masters preferred.

Database and Applications- 2

    Responsibilities:
  • Knowledgeable in technology.
  • Masters degree with ICT knowledge will be an asset.
  • This position requires travel to customer and non-customer sites.

    Requirements:
  • 5+ years of software marketing/product management experience.

3.Sales Engineer-2 :
Sales Engineer must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users.

    Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for development and delivery of product demonstrations.
  • Responsible for representing the product to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.
  • Able to respond to functional and technical elements.
  • Must be able to identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.
  • Must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.
  • Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in software sales and knowledge of technology.
  • Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base.
  • Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails and when submitting reports.
  • Able to convey customer requirements to Product Management teams.
  • Able to travel throughout sales territory.

    Requirements:
  • Must be a go getter.
  • Minimum Bachelors/Masters with experience in sales of ICT product.
  • 2-5 years relevant experience in vendor sales.
  • Experience and familiarity of ICT products and line of business is a plus.

4.Sales Executives-5 :

    Responsibilities:
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
  • • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

    Requirements:
  • Must be prepared for door to door sales.
  • 2-3 years relevant experience in vendor sales.
  • Experience and familiarity of ICT products and line of business is a plus.

5.Marketing Executive-10 :

    Responsibilities:
  • Establish effective and strong network of channel-of-sales in both local and international market.
  • Promote and raise the brand awareness/ popularity of products.
  • Implement effective strategies to acquire biggest market share in the categories that products are competing, with the ultimate goal of establishing products in the leading position.
  • Set up periodic sales quotas and performance mile stones for various sales and marketing activities to drive the company's revenue and growth up.
  • Identify new business opportunities and threats to the company.

    Requirements:
  • Strong communication and presentation skill, interpersonal skill and a strong will to build a career in sales and marketing.
  • Knowledge in business needs and operating rules.
  • Knowledge in business application systems, distributed/ multi-tier/ web-services/ web-based
  • Preferably Bachelors with minimum 2 years experience in the similar field.

6.Oracle Database Administrator-2 :
The Oracle Database Administrator maintains the integrity of the Company's business system database to support the system and user requirements.

    Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for providing database management support on an on-call basis for all the Company's business system databases.
  • Maintains production and development tests environments including databases refresh, upgrade and migration activities.
  • Helps define and enforce database object development standards.
  • Performs capacity planning and proactive monitoring on all BSD's including predicting future Oracle trends for hardware usage and user.
  • Maintains configuration management control over vendor supplied and the Company's developed database components.
  • Assists with coordination between Systems Integration, Business Applications Development, and software vendors in support of database and application development activities
  • Performs software installations, coordinating with the Systems Integration and Business Applications Development groups
  • Implements all access control to the database, taking into account: security, efficiency, integrity, ownership and redundancy concerns
  • Responsible for problem escalation to Oracle MY Support and third parties as appropriate
  • Strong trouble shooting and analytical skills
  • Data modeling and Oracle database design

    Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree, in computer science or related technical field.
  • 3-5 years of database administration experience as an Oracle.
  • Proven ability to prioritize work, complete multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills required.

7.Oracle Technology Expert-2 :
Oracle Technology Expert, use procedural language and structured query language (PL/SQL) to design, program, secure, maintain and integrate Oracle databases. They ensure that their systems are running efficiently and make recommendations for system improvements.

    Responsibilities:
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in technical terms and on a business level.
  • Must be independent but also a team player.
  • Should be good problem solvers.

    Requirements:
  • Bachelors /Masters Preferred.
  • Should have experience working with HP-UX, Linux and Windows servers.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in technical terms and on a business level.

8.Programmer (Oracle Developer)-2:
Oracle programmer consultants are responsible for management of the design, programming and also the production cutover and testing.

    Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for management of the design, programming and also the production cutover and testing.
  • Consultants plan and coordinate all testing efforts with an ERP Oracle project, generate complex test plans, test cases, and test script.
  • Identify any bugs and follow necessary steps to supply seamless operation of the code with any GUI interfaces and programs.

    Requirements:
  • Bachelors/Master's degree in Computer Applications (MCA).
  • Well versed using the latest technologies, standards and policies in Oracle Programming and designing.
  • Good analytical and assessment skills, effective client management techniques and strong communication skills.
  • Experience in a similar field.

9.Application Development Manager-1:

    Responsibilities:
  • Perform needs analysis based on input from business leaders and evaluate the resources necessary to prepare and execute projects.
  • Research emerging development platforms, tools and frameworks that could meet project and business objectives more effectively.
  • Manage, review, and motivate a team of software developers.
  • Advise on the procurement or rental of software services.
  • Align development projects to business objectives, using a measurable ROI approach.
  • Monitor and evaluate legacy applications for compliance with best practices, interoperability and scalability.
  • Identify and document sound software designs, processes, and practices so that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Recommend ongoing upgrades or improvements to existing applications to extend the benefits of previous projects.
  • Test new software programs and applications in partnership with system owners, developers and analysts.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to mitigating risks, improving quality, and resolving issues as they occur.

    Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelors in computer science, software engineering, Masters Preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership in project management.
  • Deep understanding of software development environments, best practices, tools and frameworks.
  • Experience in a similar field.3 to 5 years experience in enterprise-level applications, preferably contributing to service oriented architecture (SOA) solutions.
  • Excellent technical aptitude and the ability to create quick and lean code.
  • Understanding of complex database concepts and interfaces, as well as the implications of different database designs.
  • Significant knowledge of client server and internet systems architectures..

10. System Integration Manager-1:

    Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and guidance technically, commercially and managerially for the SI Department and where applicable, other departments.
  • Coach and motivate team members to achieve their optimum performance levels and personal development.
  • Ensure that team members have appropriate product and technical specifications, direction and resources to deliver solutions efficiently and in line with contractual and business requirements.
  • Manage capacity and day-to-day managerial issues. Track and report capacity / resource consumption, acting as the gateway through which work is assigned to appropriate teams, whilst ensuring that project / the schedule of work is adequately defined.
  • Serve as the technical lead role, demonstrating expert knowledge of Control Systems and the system development cycle / process.
  • Possess strong and effective inter-personal and communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients and personnel.

    Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years management / leadership experience within a customer centric software / Systems Integration environment.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent IT skills – including, but not limited to, Word Processing, Spreadsheets and Databases.
  • Minimum bachelors in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Electrical / Electronic Engineering.
  • In-depth Knowledge of Oracle Database.

11. Database Administration Manager-3 :

    Responsibilities:
  • Establishing the needs of users and monitoring user access and security.
  • Monitoring performance and managing parameters to provide fast query responses to front-end users.
  • Mapping out the conceptual design for a planned database in outline.
  • Considering both back-end organization of data and front-end accessibility for end-users.
  • Refining the logical design so that it can be translated into a specific data model.
  • Further refining the physical design to meet system storage requirements.
  • Installing and testing new versions of the DBMS.
  • Maintaining data standards, including adherence to the Data Protection Act.
  • Writing database documentation, including data standards, procedures and definitions for the data dictionary (metadata).
  • Controlling access permissions and privileges.
  • Developing, managing and testing back-up and recovery plans.
  • Ensuring that storage, archiving, back-up and recovery procedures are functioning correctly.
  • Capacity planning.
  • Working closely with IT project managers, database programmers and multimedia programmers.
  • Communicating regularly with technical, applications and operational staff to ensure database integrity and security.

    Requirements:
  • Minimum bachelors in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Electrical / Electronic Engineering with experience in related field.
  • In-depth Knowledge of Oracle Database.
